7 & Under League – INSTRUCTIONAL
Ages 6–7: Players must be 6 years old by September 1, 2025 to be eligible to participate.
Any player turning 8 years old before September 1, 2025 is not eligible to play in this division.
No player may participate in this league for more than two (2) seasons, regardless of age.
Maximum Weight: 80.9 lbs
T2T (Tackle-to-Tackle): Unlimited
Players may gain up to 5 lbs during the season and will be granted an additional 5 lbs allowance for playoffs.
Participation Rule: Every player is required to play at least one-half (½) of every game.
Sideline Conduct and Penalties
A Sideline Warning penalty was addressed during the annual coaches’ meeting at the start of the season.
If a Sideline Warning is assessed, it will result in a 15-yard penalty.
As per NFHS rules, a team may receive up to two (2) sideline warnings during a game.
A third violation will result in a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
Continued infractions may lead to further penalties and potentially ejection of coaches or team personnel, at the discretion of the officials.
Teams are expected to maintain appropriate sideline behavior at all times.
Coach/Adult Ejection Policy
Any coach or adult who is ejected from a game must immediately vacate the playing area and may not participate in any aspect of the game thereafter.
The individual will receive an automatic two-game suspension, to be served during the next scheduled games.
The ejected individual will also be placed on probation for the remainder of the season.
This disciplinary action is final and not subject to appeal.
Additionally, the player associated with the ejected coach/adult will also be ejected from the game and will receive a one-game suspension.
