Boys County Basketball
2023-2024 Season
The County uses single age brackets up to age 13 for league play. Players can play up in age but not down. So a 10 year old can play 11U, but not 9U.
Practices are at Arundel Middle School and other area schools. Practices start in early November, 2 times per week. Games start in early December at various locations around the county and the season continues to the beginning of March.
Coaches will contact players if they make a team. Players that tried out and are registered and did not make a county team will also be notified. If you did not make a county team, please attend one of the Intramural evaluations on either 10/29/23 or 11/5/23.
Coaches still needed at some age groups. Anyone interested in coaching should contact the commissioner. All coaches must pass county required background check which can be found here https://www.aacounty.org/recreation-parks/sports/become-coach/background-check

PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER PRIOR TO ATTENDING TRYOUTS. NO PLAYER WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE ROSTERED IF NOT REGISTERED - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
