WE NEED 15U COACHES - email baseball@gorc.org if interested

Our 12U (boys ages 11 and 12 on 8/31/2024) and 15U (boys ages 13, 14, and 15 on 8/31/2024), provide opportunities for players who are not on select/travel teams to continue participating in competitive recreational baseball. Players will continue developing fundamental baseball skills, but will also begin to execute the more advanced aspects of the game. Most players will have at least two seasons of prior baseball experience, but we can accommodate new players as well. Please email the commissioner if you are registering a player with no prior baseball experience.

The Commissioner will consult with the head coaches regarding evaluations.  Watch your email for details.

From mid-March until games start in mid-April, each team will have a weekend practice and one or two weekday practices per week. Once games begin , teams will typically have one weeknight practice, one weeknight game, and one Saturday game each week.

GORC teams not only compete with one another, but also with teams from other nearby youth recreational organizations. Games are at newly renovated GORC Park and other area parks.

GORC 12U and 15U Teams participate in the Anne Arundel County Baseball Cooperative League with organizations from surrounding communities.
