Kent won this award for his extraordinary efforts for this organization. He works with the county on renovations, maintenance and updates for the park, while also ensuring the fields and field areas are safe and updated. Kent is also a respected coach, and newly elected board member who has given valuable input since day one.

In the fall of 2021, Noah began his career with GORC on the football team. During the last two years he has been a student athlete at Arundel High School. While participating in varsity football at Arundel, as a receiver, he volunteered his free time to coach and mentor GORC football players during summer workouts and worked with the 14U team during the season. He was a vital part in helping the 14U team win the 2023 national championship.
