The GORC Girls Lacrosse Juniors B team overcame multiple injuries and inclement weather all season and closed the year out with an impressive 16-6 win over the Bucs from Pasadena. Led by Coach Bobby Godwin, Coach Godwin praised the girls for working hard in practice rain or shine and for challenging each other to always be better today than yesterday. A strong nucleus of girls who have been playing together since the 2nd grade added some new 1st and 2nd year players and that dynamic strengthened the team and ultimately led this team to the first County Championship for GORC Girls Lacrosse. Congratulations to all of the girls and coaches!
