Important Registration Information

 

LEAGUE CLOSINGS:  Registration will be closed, without notice, as leagues become full. Please register early to be sure your child is placed on a team.

 

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP FEE:  All families are required to pay the $35.00 Family Membership Fee annually.  This fee is mandatory and is due before Fall registrations are placed.  The fee covers registrations for Fall 2008, Winter 2008/09 and Spring 2009 (5/1/08 - 4/30/09).

 

VOLUNTEER HOURS:  Each family registering a child is required to perform a minimum of six (6) mandatory service hours per child.  Families who are unable to fulfill their mandatory service hours must pay a $50.00 Valet Fee per child in addition to any membership fee and registration fee.

 

LATE FEES:  A late fee may be assessed for registrations received after the posted registration period.

 

REFUND POLICY:  All refund requests must be made in writing or e-mail to Registration@gorc.org and be approved by the commissioner.  Fees will not be carried over from season to season.  No partial payments will be accepted.  Annual membership fees and late fees are non-refundable.  There will be a 5% processing fee on all refunded sports fees.
